How to install player models in CS 1.6
This time we will show you how to correctly install player models in CS 1.6. You will learn how to place all files in the correct folders to avoid mixing up model folders and replace the specific player skin in CS 1.6. For clarity, we show how the standard player skins look and their names:

1.) Go to the root folder of your CS 1.6 game
2.) Open the folder:
For non-Steam:

"\cstrike\models\player\"
For Steam:

"Steam\steamapps\common\Half-Life\cstrike\models\player"
3.) In the \models\player folder, where the skins are located, you will see several subfolders. Each folder name corresponds to a player skin in the game.
For example: if you downloaded the skin **gsg9.mdl**, you need to open the **gsg9** folder and move the replacement file **gsg9.mdl** there.
Important: the folder name must match the skin name inside the folder to avoid errors!
*Also, the archive may contain multiple models, e.g., gsg9.mdl and gsg9T.mdl. Move the second model together with the first one, otherwise nothing will work.
