Resolution issue in CS 1.6 for STEAM players

Evening article! A common issue among Counter-Strike users online is a large screen resolution.

I notice this problem very often, so I want to help you solve it quickly!

Here’s a quick guide [Works only for STEAM players]:

1. If this has already happened, close the game.

2. Open the STEAM client.

3. Go to your library and find Counter-Strike.

Option 1: Right-click the game and select "Properties...".
Option 2: Or left-click the game, click the gear icon, and then select "Properties...".

5. You will see tabs like: "General", "Updates", "Local Files", etc.

6. Go to the "General" tab and find the line "Launch Options".

7. Enter the following command: -w 1920 -h 1080 [Enter without quotes]. Replace 1920 and 1080 with your screen resolution. For example: if your screen resolution is 1440 × 900, the command should be -w 1440 -h 900 [Enter without quotes].
