How to hide the console in CS2

To hide the console in CS2, follow a few simple steps. Here are two ways to do it:

1. Disable the console through game settings

1. Open the main game menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. In the Game section, find the option Enable Developer Console (~).
4. Set the option to No.

2. Disable the console via configuration files

1. Navigate to the game installation folder (usually Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike 2).
2. Locate the file config.cfg.
3. Open it with a text editor (e.g., Notepad++).
4. Find the line controlling the console and change it from

   con_enable 1

   to

   con_enable 0

5. Save and close the file.

3. Closing the console in-game

If the console is already open, simply press the key assigned to open the console (for example, ~ or another key) to close it.
