CS 1.6 “Alien vs. Predator” is a revolutionary mod that completely reimagines the classic Counter-Strike concept within the universe of the legendary sci-fi franchises. Terrorists are replaced by Xenomorphs with their signature acid blood attacks and the ability to move on walls and ceilings, while the special forces become technologically advanced Predators equipped with plasma weapons and cloaking abilities. Special attention is given to unique gameplay mechanics — each race has special abilities: Aliens can create egg traps, and Predators use thermal vision. Instead of standard weapons, the arsenal includes iconic weapons from the movie universes: shoulder-mounted plasma cannons, wrist blades, Xenomorph tails, and other legendary armaments.
The game environment has been completely redesigned — these are no longer earthly locations, but space stations, ancient temple ruins, and jungles with the atmosphere of Yautja Prime and LV-426. Unlike the original CS, a leveling system is implemented — you earn points to upgrade your race’s abilities for kills.
