How to give a knife in CS 2 (CS 2)

1. Enable the Console

• Go to Settings → Game → Enable Developer Console → Select Enable.
• Open the console using the tilde (~) key.

2. Enable Cheats

• To give a knife, cheats must be enabled on the server. Enter in the console:

  sv_cheats 1

3. Choose Knife Type

• Use commands to spawn knives. Main commands include:
  • Classic Knife:

    give weapon_knife

  • Karambit:

    give weapon_knife_karambit

  • Butterfly Knife:

    give weapon_knife_butterfly

  • M9 Bayonet:

    give weapon_knife_m9_bayonet

  • Gut Knife:

    give weapon_knife_gut

4. Switch Weapon

• After entering the command, switch to the given knife using the weapon switch key or enter the command:

Tips

• If the sv_cheats 1 command doesn’t work on the server, the admin has disabled cheats, and spawning knives is not possible.
• To fully use knife skins, you can install third-party plugins like Metamod or SourceMod on a local server.
