To assign a model to a player, open the file: fwd_skins.ini
Add the following line:
"Player NickName" "Password" "Model name for CT" "Model name for T"
The password is set via setinfo _pw, same as with privileges.
Installing models:
Open the models folder, upload skins into the player folder, and add the models in fwd_skins.ini
