How to remove recoil in CS 1.6 (Counter-Strike 1.6)

To remove recoil in CS 1.6, you can use console commands that reduce or completely disable it.

Here’s what to do:

1. Open the console: First, enable the console in the game settings.

2. Enter the command to reduce recoil: In the console, type the following command to minimize recoil:

cl_recoilangle 0

This command minimizes the weapon’s recoil angle.

3. To completely remove recoil, use the command:

m_recoilscale 0

This value disables all recoil, allowing you to shoot without any recoil effect.

4. Additional commands to improve control: If you don’t want to completely remove recoil but want better control, you can use the following command:

cl_bob 0

This command reduces weapon sway, which can help you aim more accurately.

5. Important note: Some servers may prohibit the use of these commands because they give an unfair advantage. Use these settings only in single-player games or on servers where such changes are allowed.
